Water won't stop coming out of my tap/toilet/water heater

Try changing the packing (washer).

If water doesn’t stop coming out of the tap even after changing the packing, contact the Customer Service Center for repairs.

Shut off the water supply to the toilet at the shut-off valve. Contact the Customer Service Center for repairs.

Close the shut-off valve to the water heater as well as of the main tap of the gas. Contact the Customer Service Center for repairs.

* In the cases above where water will not stop coming out of the tap or toilet, shut off the water supply as shown below.

*1 When opening the valve, turn it anti-clockwise, and turn it clockwise when closing.

*2  Do not leave the valve half open (to save water or for any other reason) when using the water supply.
Always use the water supply with the valve fully open.
