Monthly Sewage Service Charges

For general customers, meters are read every two months, and the bills are
mailed out every two months. |

The volume of wastewater discharged in sewers is considered to be same as
the consumption of tap water. |

The rates for water services are 1.05 of total of the basic rate plus the
actual usage rate.
